This thesis is intended to demonstrate the adjusting roles of dynamic and static muscle-stretching exercise in the adjusting activities of arrow-shooting training.It also makes an analysis on the mechanism of dynamic and static stretching exercise,and an introduction of the basic principles and cautions in dynamic and static muscle-stretching exercise.It works out the training method of dynamic and static stretching exercise for the major muscle groups.
