Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to study the feasibility of transferring collective construction land use right in order to provide proposals for improving relevant policies,laws and regulations.Methods of documentation,comparative and empirical study are employed.The results show that the governmental monopoly in the market of construction land use right resulted in more disadvantages than advantages,while the approval of direct entry of collective construction land use rights into the urban land market may generate more advantages than disadvantages.Conclusion of the paper is that the entry of collective construction land use rights into land market may be feasible with strict control by the government.
