Abstract
The technology of acidic Ni-Mo-P/Ni-P alloy dual layer electroless plating was investigated by chemical depositing of adding Na 2MoO 4. The optimal technology was obtained for electroless Ni-Mo-P/Ni-P dual alloy plating continuously by a series of experiments. The properties of the coatings were determined, especially the corrosion resistance. The results showed that the properties of coatings depended on the composition and structure of alloy plating, and the property of dual layer plating was better than that of Ni-P single layer alloy.
