Transmission and Development: Socialist Core Value System and Chinese Traditional View of Value

The sixth session of the sixteeth CPC Central Committee put forward the strategic task of constructing the core value system of socialism in Decision for the first time.The report further points out that the core value system of socialism is the soul of prospering the country and it defines the socialism development direction with Chinese characteristics.Chinese traditional view of value has positive and negative influence on the core value system of socialism.The latter is transmission and development of the former under the guidance of Marxism.It is a kind of creativity and it is of great significance in the new era.
