Abstract
In the current medical system,the clinical pharmacist system construction focuses on the career orientation,cultivation,professional contents,etc.It involves both opportunities and challenges and will a gradually instituted process.It is a necessity trend that pharmacist working mode will be transferred to clinical pharmacist system.Only when a qualified clinical pharmacist team can be successfully trained,pharmacy in hospital will has the possibility to healthy development.
