Abstract

Objective To explore the etiology and treatment of elderly lung cancer.Methods Clinical data of 51 cases of elderly with lung cancer admitted from January 2007 to July 2010 was retrospective analyzed.Results 51 patients' situation were stable during operation process,and no patient died.16 cases(31.37%) had postoperative complications and 3 cases(5.88%) were death.Conclusion Age is not surgery contraindication of patients with lung cancer.The treatment must be radical as the main target.
