Abstract
A long-term monitoring was conducted by using two disposals of leachate recirculation and non-recirculation from outdoor simulation refuse sanitary landfill in Harbin.Result shows that if recirculation is used the leachate volume can be reduced by 87.05% so that the water quality can be improved dramatically with indications of lower concentration of COD,SS,NH~+_4-N and higher pH level.Therefore further treatment becomes easy.
