Abstract
In order to solve the overtemperature problem of the boiler exhaust gas for the 200 MW units in a power plant, this paper presents the technical solution of installing low temperature economizer system through the optimization design of every key link. The low-temperature feedwater in the re-heating system is used to absorb the residual heat of the boiler exhaust gas.The exhaust gas temperature is lowered greatly without affecting the combustion of boiler. The potential problems in the system operation are predicted and analyzed, and the analysis of the design, structure parameters and thermal economy of low temperature economizer is presented. And it can serve as a reference for the retrofit of the power plants of the same type.
