Abstract

Objective To study distribution of the class Ⅰ intergron in clinical Enterobacter cloacae isolates. Methods E.cloacae was identified by Vitek-AMS;Detection of class Ⅰ intergron and Extended-spectrumβ-lactamases(ESBLs)resistant genes were performed by PCR.Plasmid conjugation test was used to determine the transmission of class Ⅰ intergron. The antibotic susceptibility of Enterobacter cloacae was detected according to the CLSI guideline. Results The incident rate of Enterobacter cloacae with class Ⅰ intergron was 77.9% in 86 strains.Sequencing data of integrons revealed that amplicon 1 500 bp harbored genes of addB and aadA2,amplicon 2 500 bp harbored genes of PSE-1、,aac6-II、,aadA4.Conclusion Emergence of class Ⅰ integrons are frequent in E.cloacae, which usually harbor several different drug-resistant gene casettes.Drug restance genes in tegrated by class Ⅰ integron were widespread in clinical Enterobacter cloacae isolates.
