Abstract
For the purpose of screening developmental associated genes in cerebellum of rat, suppression subtractive hybridization (SSH) was carried out. The cDNAs from cerebellum of 1 day postnatal rat were taken as tester , and those from cerebellum of adult rat as driver. After SSH and cloning, a differential cDNA library was constructed.Fifty of clones were selected out and sequenced. Thirty seven unique cDNAs were obtained except those with identical sequence. The expression of these cDNAs were estimated by reverse Northern assay.Twenty out of 37 cDNAs were identified to be new cDNAs that were found in rat at the first time and the gene sequence numbers were given by GenBank(BG695726 BG695745). \[
