Abstract

Testamentary trust is a new type of legal system.It contains many functions.It should be the rational choice for arranging matters after death.It has not be practised and developed in our country.Beginning with analysing testamentary trust has necessity and possibility in our country,and then it proposes the suggestions on the constructing testamentary trust system in our country for reducing succession dispute,which is to be beneficial for the rules or regulations of testamentary trust in China.
