Abstract

To compare the effectiveness and safety between partial turbinate resection mucoperiosteal and partial inferior turbinectomy in the treatment of inferior turbinate hypertrophia,in the second people’s hospital of Hefei from 2008to December 2010,230patients with chronic rhinitis were divided into two groups,the observation group 125cases of endoscopic turbinate mucoperiosteal partial turbinate resection resection,the comparison group 105cases of traditional partial inferior turbinectomy surgery,the efficacy and complications of two group patents were observed.There is no difference in the short-term efficacy of inferior turbinate functional anaplasty(P0.05)and partial inferior turbinectomy,while the long term effectiveness of the former is better than the latter,and the occur rate of complication of the former is lower than the latter(P0.05).This method which is safe,Partial inferior turbinate resection mucoperiosteal have significant effectiveness and less complications for interior turbinate hypertrophia,and it shall be promoted.
