Abstract
Objective To learn the health risks status of the community residents by carrying out health risk assessments for the community residents,to provide a basis for the health management work in community health service(CHS)institutions.Methods More use of the domestic application of the current assessment of The Health assessment Model popularly applied in China was taken as the tool to assess the health conditions of 55 community residents from January 2007 to January 2008.Results Among the 55 subjects there 6 with metabolite syndrome,31 with hypertension history or newly diagnosed hypertension,8 with diabetes mellitus history or newly diagnosed diabetes,21 with history of abnormal blood lipid or newly diagnosed abnormal blood lipid,9 being obese and 20 with fatty liver,There were 48 cases(87%)who had health risk and needed interventions.Conclusion(1)The health management is necessary for community residents,for they have higher health risks.However there are still much work to be done in changing necessity into demand,(2)Carrying out community health management is in line with developing trend of CHS,which needs to explore.
