Abstract

Independent innovation is not only an important strategy that the country and enterprises enhance competitive ability,but also the power of sustainable development.SMEs play an important role in Jiangsu economic development,and have outstanding performance in independent innovation.The paper analyzes practical significance of the strategy,finds out the reason in deficient independent innovation ability,finally puts forward several related measures in order to further enhancing Jiangsu enterprises independent innovation capability,including constructing innovation system,cultivating person and consummating the service system etc.
