Homosexual Marriage:Denial,Acceptance or Conversation?——Examinations under the Law,Morality and Ethical Culture

In some countries,homosexual marriage is admitted in law the same as heterosexual marriage,but most states only published Family Companion Law to give homosexual partners partial rights and interests for heterosexual married spouses. The confronting between American Marriage Protect Law and Mutually Benefit Law,Family Companion Law,as well as cases about homosexual marriage,reflects the problems of law,morality and ethic behind the denial and acceptance of homosexual marriage. The most basic attitude we should take is to listen attentively to any voice,to keep conversing and to consider things rationally,no matter you accept homosexual marriage or not.
