Abstract
The energy efficiency analysis of buildings is an important part in the feasibility study of construction projects which embodies the strategy of sustainable development in the construction field of our country. In this article, the theory of life cycle cost is used in the energy efficiency analysis in the feasibility study of construction projects. With the theory being proved feasible, the cost evaluation model of sets of energy-efficiency facilities based on life cycle analysis;and then, the analyzing steps are specified. Finally, there are several problems should be paid attention to when using LCC analysis.
