On Human-Centred Development View of Deng Xiao-ping

Abstract

This article expounds Deng Xiao-ping' s view of development which takes people as the basis of development in three aspects: First of all, a very important characteristic of this point of view is taking people as the main part of history and respecting the spirits of pepole' s practicle and initiation. Secondly, the nucleus of this view is thinking highest of people' s profits. Thirdly, the highest target is realizing the people' s full development.
