Abstract
Based on tempering theoretical equation the quantitative relationships among tempering hardness,tempering temperature and tempering time were numerically simulated and verified through hardness data (processing) of hardened steel 35CrMo tempered at varying temperatures for an hour,which provided the scientific basis for rational determination of rapid tempering process parameters of hardened steel 35CrMo.
