Comparison of Technical Advances between Jiangsu and Zhejiang

Abstract
Technical advances consist of three types:importation of production,importation of technology,and self-innovation. The comparison of technical advances between Jiangsu and Zhejiang indicates that the contribution rate of technical advances in terms of importation of production and technology is higher than that of Zhejiang, while the contribution rate in terms of self innovation is lower than that of Zhejiang.The performance of technical advances of Zhejiang(per capita GDP,income and the ratio of income to per-capital GDP,industrial structure, expenditure structure) is better than that of Jiangsu.The reason for the difference is that the business environment of Jiangsu is better than that of Zhejiang,and the entrepreneurial spirit of Zhejiang is better than that of Jiangsu.
