Abstract
To foster qualified normal school students, the teacher should know the ideological development of the students, grasp the chief problems and carry out the ideological education to the point.Among these steps, it is of primary importance to keep on the study of political theory, wage the education of ideal conviction, instil socialist ideas, and strengthen the professional education.
