Abstract

Forestry law should be distinguished from forestry policy in the field of legal research and education.It is appropriate to revise forest law to forestry law,bring forestry law into legal system of environmental law and perfect environmental legal system so as to conform the historical transition of forestry from timber production to ecological construction and to accommodate the need of forestry and ecological construction.
