Analysis of Rural Residential Land Potentiality in Dezhou

With the expanding of city and improving of urbanization level,the contradictions among rural residential land,cultivated land and urban construction land were increasingly outstanding.Through analysis on the present condition of rural residential land,it was regarded that low utilization degree and land waste were general.Combining with the standard of national rural land utilization and the terrain characteristics in Dezhou,great potentiality of land utilization in rural residential land was calculated.It was suggested that land utilization and economy degree should be promoted,and rural residential land should be used effectively under present condition of developments economy type society.
