Abstract

Aiming at the storage requirement for embedded system,a storage scheme based on great capacity NAND Flash is proposed in this paper.The NAND Flash-K9T1G08U0M and its programming characteristic are introduced.The strategy for application of network storage,and the data reliability are discussed.The storage on NAND Flash for network data stream is designed.
