Degradation of the Soviet Communist Party Elite and Downfall of the Soviet Communist Party

After being in power,the Soviet Communist Party still continued to use the system of professional revolutionaries group during the revolution,its characteristics were as follows:high concentration of power,prevalence of personality cult and personal arbitrariness;weakening of supervisory mechanisms,power without restriction;cadres inbreeding,poor ability.Which resulted in ideological rigidity of the Soviet Communist Party elite group,who were unwilling to reform and innovate,and lacked innovation theory of leading social development;they lost the belief with slack spirit,their ability weakened;they lived a life of luxury,corruption was prevalent,they divorced from the masses,and lost the advancement.The reason for the downfall of the Soviet Communist Party and the disintegration of the Soviet Union was the degradation of the Soviet Communist Party elite(namely,professional revolutionaries group) towards vested interest group.
