Abstract

According to the method of LMT,pH detection and count of the somatic cells, the epidemiology of recessive mastitis, the isolation and identification of pathogenic bacteria were carried out on 1 021 subclinical bovine from 8 bovine farms and 3 large bovine factories in Eastern Hebei Province. The results showed that the incidence rates of recessive mastitis and isolation of bacteria were 60.63%(619/1021) and 88.21%(546/619),respectively.82 strains of bacteria were isolated from 546 subclinical mastitis cows and identified as 4 classes and 14 species. The main bacteria included 36 strains of Staphylococcus,33 strains of Streptococcus,8 strains of Enterobacteria and 5 strains of Microbacterium, with the proportion of 43.90%,40.24%,9.76% and 6.10%,respectively.The main pathogenic bacteria causing bovine subclinical mastitis in Eastern Hebei Province were Staphylococcus aureus and Streptococcus agalactiae.
