Abstract
Objective To study the hemodynamic characteristics of CT perfusion imaging(CTPI)in hepatic carcinoma (HCC).Methods 26 cases of HCC patients examine by CTPI and the cancer and normal liver tissue's blood flow(BF), hepatic artery perfusion(HAP),portal vein perfusion(PVP),hepatic artery perfusion index(HPI),mean transit time (MTT),capillary permeability surface(PS)were recorded. Results BF,HAP,HPI and PS of cancer tissue were signifi- cantly higher than that of normal liver tissue and the differences were statistically significant(P0.01 ).PVP and MTT of cancer tissue were significantly lower than normal liver tissue and the differences were statistically significan(P0.01). Conclusion CTPI can display anatomical structures in normal liver and cancer at the same time and directly quantitative reflect the blood flow response of cancer.CTPI has great value for further diagnosis and treatment.
