Abstract
Objective:To explore the preventive measures of complications for the patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI) thrombolysis.Methods:156 patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group. Both of them were given routine treatment. Additionally, the observation group was given thrombolytic therapy and corresponding systemic nursing, while the control group was given routine therapy and nursing. Results:There was obvious difference in the reopening rate of the vessel, clinical symptoms,CK-MB value between the two groups. The mortality and complications could be reduced by strengthening observation and prevention of the complications of thrombolysis. Conclusion:Timely and effective thrombolysis and active preventions to possible complications can improve the quality of life of AMI patients.
