Abstract

【Objective】Analysis CT and MRI diagnosis of cerebral venous sinus thrombosis formation.【Methods】 A retrospective analysis of 35 patients with cerebral venous sinus thrombosis CT and MRI imaging data.【Results】The incidence of cerebral venous sinus thrombosis in 7d patients with positive CT examination was 52.38%,72.73% positive incidence 12d,the total positive rate was 54.29%.And located straight sinus and inferior sagittal sinus, superior sagittal sinus 11 cases, involving the transverse sinus-sigmoid sinus four cases, and four cases involving large vein of deep brain and cortical venous drainage;other parts of the seven cases;19 cases of acute CT scan, the visible CVST patients with sinus banded or triangular high density, conclusions diagnosis for signs of cerebral edema, cerebral infarction or hemorrhagic infarction.CVST patients with MR imaging, the positive rate of 97.14%,typical seen in patients with cerebral venous sinus thrombosis sinus abnormal signal or high signal flow void disappear conclusion diagnosed with signs of cerebral edema.【Conclusion】Brain CT scan is effective method in the diagnosis of acute CVST,for subacute and chronic CVST patients,MRI is a high value for diagnosis.
