Abstract
Follicle stimulating hormone(FSH) from Czech Republic,Australia and China was used for superovulation using two ways of FSH+PG and FSH+CIDR,the number of available embryos by three FSH products was similar(P0.05)(5.43, 5.33 and 4.80,respectively);and recovered embryos and available embryos from cows treated with two injection of progesterone or CIDR showed no significant differences(P0.05).When the embryos were collected, the recovery rates of embryos were 102% and 98%(P0.05) for injective embryo flushing without anaesthesia and traditional dripping embryo flushing after anaesthesia, there was no significant difference(P0.05) in the number of available embryos between multiparous and primiparous cows(5.27 vs 5.17).
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
