Abstract
Objective To understand the fungal pathogen isolated cases of onychomycosis in Shenzhen recently.Method Retrospectively analyzed the fungal pathogen isolated of 260 cases of onychomycosis in the laboratory of our section. Results For 64 patients with no fungal growth culture,196 cases of fungus culture positive, the culture positive rate was 75.4%.For 206 strains of bacteria were isolated, which 124 strains of dermatophytes,70 strains of yeast,10 strains of non-dermatophytes,mixed infection of two. Conclusion The main pathogen of onychomycosis is almost the same as before in Shenzhen recently. In turn from dermatophytes to yeast and non-dermatophytes,but the proportion of yeast raises. We need reach the reason more.
