Abstract
With consideration of the unfavorable status of political and ideological work,an investigation is made into the causes by means of cost-profit analysis method based on the assumption of economic man,furthermore put forward should enhance the construction of the political instructor procession,create the means of education and overcome the short view conductor of political and ideological work on young people.
