Abstract
According to the shortcomings of traditional microbiology experimental teaching,the goal of cultivating the students' comprehensive experimental ability was proposed,and a series of teaching reform practices were carried out on the organization and renewal of the teaching contents,the construction of experimental conditions,the evaluation of experimental process and results and the combination of experimental teaching with scientific research,aiming to cultivate the students' ability to experimental practice and thinking as well as improve the quality of microbiology experiment teaching.
