Abstract
Objective The contents of Fe,Zn,Mg,and Ca in artemisia argyi were analyzed by flame atomic absorption spectrometry. Methods The sample was pretreated with HNO3-HClO4 and measured quantitatively through calibration curve method. Results It was shown that the sample has rich in human essential metal elements. The recoveries are between 96. 50% and 103. 80%,and the relative standard deviation is less than 5%. Conclusion The result measured by this method is considered to be accurate.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
