Application of rapeseed biodiesel to remediate crude oil contaminated coast

The effect of stimulating the biodegradation of crude oil with rapeseed biodiesel was tested under different dosage and nitrogen source.The conclusions shows that,according to the experimental results,2.5% is the most suitable dosage which removed 72% crude oil in 24 days,and the biodegradation effect on of crude oil by adding mixed nitrogen is more effective than adding nitrogen alone.The former can remove 80% of the crude oil in 24 days.
