Strengthening and Improving the Work of Talents Introduction and Training at Colleges and Universities

Colleges and universities in China are paying more attention to introduction and training of talents under the strategy of strengthening university through talents.Yet problems still exist in talents work,including lack of overall planning,single introduction form,and ignoring talents training.In view of these problems,colleges and universities should strengthen the work of talents introduction and training through fair and standardized personnel management system as well effective development,management and usage of human resources.
