An analyse about clinical significance of MPV and PDW on three kinds anll's diagnosis and treat

Abstract

Objective To explore mean platelet volume(MPV) and platelet volume distribution Width(PDW)'s clinical significance on three kinds ANLL's diagnosis and treat. Methods The values of three kinds ANLL(M_2, M_3, M_5) patients' MPV and PDW were measured with fully automated hematologic analyzer NE-1500. And compared with the MPV and PDW of the normal control group of 128 objects. Results The MPV( P 0.05) and PDW( P 0.01) of the disease groups are both obviously deviant compared with the normal control group. Conclusion MPV and PDW are very important parameters for observing the treatments course and prognosis tracing of that three kinds ANLL(M_2, M_3, M_5).
