On Selecting and Constructing a Social Coordinating Mechanism from the Perspective of Social Differentiation

With the deepening of the reform and open-up policy and the development of the socialist market economy,social structure in China has experienced profound differentiation,which is an inevitable trend as a result of social progress.However,this differentiation means the split and restructure of various interest groups and will surely present challenges to social stability.Now that China is constructing the affluent society comprehensively,it is necessary to choose and to construct a new social coordinating mechanism to coordinate the interest relations of all quarters,and to promote positive differentiation of social structure so that the disparities will be reduced,contradictions eased and conflicts turned into harmony.
