Analysis of the factors influencing the quality of nursing clinical teaching and its countermeasures

The purpose of this paper is to explore the issue of improvement of the quality of nursing clinical teaching.This article analyzed and discussed the issue from the following four aspects related to clinical teaching,including the objectives of clinical teaching,the selection of clinical teachers,the environment of clinical teaching and the methods of clinical teaching.Then,some countermeasures were proposed to improve the quality of clinical teaching,such as standardizing teaching objectives,strengthening teaching control,training clinical teachers,reforming teaching methods,enforcing clinical teaching environment,and so on.
