Abstract

The research carried out investigation of field observation and in-depth interview in H District in Beijing,and explored ethical countermeasures for rural residents' health and social stability.Firstly,fine professional circumstances should be built on the institutional level,including the integrated management of rural areas,bringing rural health centres and rural doctors into rural health service system,strictly implement performance rating of health centres and rural doctors,and regulate the rural health human resource allocation.Secondly,real health talents should be cultivated on the educational level,including lowering the admission threshold,solving the lacking of rural doctors reserve,cultivating comprehensive talents for rural health service to satisfy different needs of rural residents'for health service,stabilizing the basic level of rural health service system,and benefiting rural residents.Thirdly,the concept of cherishing and valuing life should be established on the spiritual level.
