An analysis of Aesthetic System of Contemporary Neo-Confucianism

Abstract

Under the broad cultural background,contemporary Neo-Confucianism recasts the soul of national aesthetics,and re-examines from historical and aesthetic perspective such traditional Chinese aesthetic concepts as human relations,minds and feelings,life and interest,and aesthetic invigoration.In this way,Neo-Confucianism helps revitalize Chinese aesthetic spirit and contributes to the construction of aesthetic system with Chinese characteristics.
