Abstract
With the rapid construction of highway in our country,there are more and more engineering practices of new highway running across the existing highway. The article combines with a practical project to introduce the ways in ensuring the safe,environment-friendly and highly efficient construction of new highway that runs across the existing highway to similar engineering for reference.
