Abstract

OBJECTIVE:Exploring the inner quality of single herb concentrate-granules for Chinese medicinal herbs METHO_DS:The methods of UV,HPLC,TLC,etc were used for the qualitative and quantitative analysis RESULTS:The contents of main compositions contained in the single herb concentrate-granules were only equivalent to 1/3～1/2 of those of their single herb decoction CONCLUSION:It was showed that the production technics of single herb concentrate-granules for Chinese medicinal herbs was still worth further studying and exploring
