Abstract
This paper points theoretically out that the digital library is the main developing direction of university library in the 21st century, and the university library must make digitalized conversion for its collected information resources, and expounds the features of library's digital information resources, and puts forward the modes of the digitalization construction and the problems needing attention in the course of the digitalization construction.
