Clinical Effects of Cognitive—Behavioral Therapy Combined with Neurostan in Adolescent 'Anxiety Disorder

Abstract

Objective To explore and compare the use of cognitive-behavioral therapy combined with Neurostan and the application of isolated cognitive-behavioral therapy in adolescent' anxiety disorders treatment.Methods 75 adolescent cases with anxiety disorde were randomly divided into two groups:Neurostan combined cognitive-behavior (study group) 35 cases,cognitive-behavioral therapy (control group) 40 cases.Clinical efficacy were evaluated with self-rating anxiety scale (SAS),Hamilton Anxiety Scale (HAMA).Results From the third week,two scale scores of the study group and control group were decreased significantly compared with those before treatment (P0.05).Scores in control group were higher than those in study group (P0.05 or 0.01).Conclusion Application of cognitive-behavioral therapy combined with the use of Neurostan in treatment of adolescent'anxiety disorder can reduce anxiety scores and improve anxiety symptoms.
