Abstract
The education in starting the undertaking is a brand-new educational mode and concept and a systematic project,which needs close coordination of all departments in the universities,and the joint efforts of all society.Being the second schoolroom of college students,the university libraries ought to keep the pace with the times,fully use their own resources,create beneficial conditions,actively serve the education in starting the undertaking,and effectively promote the educational work in starting the undertaking.
