Abstract
Objective:To contrast study the clinical curative effect of complicated appendicitis with treatment of laparoscopic and open surgery.Method:128 cases of appendicitis patients, admitted to our hospital from 2011 to 2013,they were divided into the peritoneoscope group(67 cases, laparoscopic surgery) and laparotomy group(61 cases, open surgery) according to the different treatment ways, and then comprehensive compared the result of intraoperative and postoperative.Result:(1)The two groups had no statistical significance on the operation time(P0.05),the comparative differences of two groups were statistically significant on the incision, intraoperative blood loss, anal exhaust time and hospital stay operation(P0.05).(2)The total incidence(4.48%) of postoperative incision infection, celiac abscess, intestinal obstruction and other complications in the peritoneoscope group were significantly lower than the control group(14.75%)(P0.05).Conclusion:Laparoscopic surgery shows small trauma, quicker recovery of intestinal function,as well as good prognosis on treatment of complicated appendicitis, and the clinical curative effect is superior to the conventional laparotomy, worthy of clinical popularization and application.
