Abstract

The cultivation of innovative talents has become the most important work of undergraduate teaching in colleges and universities.Based on the capacity factors of innovative talents,a personalized innovative education platform was built to strengthen students' ability of innovation and entrepreneurship,and to cultivate innovative talents.
