Abstract
Innovational working methods of ideological and political education and management for college students is closely related to their characteristics,is the key and realistic need for doing so.Innovating working methods has to stick to scientific developments,to put moral education as priority,to center on humanity,to master the intrinsic rules of college student management,to make every effort on scientization in order to adjust to present college students' characteristics.
