Abstract
The core protocol stack of Web Services is discussed. The ultimate goal of Web Services is to provide interoperability. Each protocol of Web Services is analyzed from the view of open system. At last, the limitations of Web Services are pointed out and the process algebra, a formal method, is proposed as a tool for studying Web Services.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Application details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
