Comparison on the growth of different sisal cultivars under pot experiment

Abstract
Pot experiment was used to evaluate the growth of different sisal cultivars.The results showed that the height and dry weight of shoot of H.11648 were the highest among 5 cultivars.The dry weight of root and root/shoot of H.11648 were also on moderate level.The water-holding capacity of H.11648 was worse than others.The dry weight of shoot of H.11648 was 38.10% higher than the Nanya No.2.Obviously,the growth of H.11648 was better than other cultivars.
